Having been on an ambulance for 15 years, this has been the FIRST ambulance that has actually had the provider, along with the patient, in mind with its design. The drastic decrease in the noise level and smoothness of the ride make communication and patient care easier. The design of these ambulances utilizes every inch of open space efficiently while keeping space and movement in mind. The AC/heat is a dual controlled system that works phenomenally. The touch screen panels allow for ease of controlling lights and the heating/cooling of the patient compartment in moments when the provider is not actively in the back. By far the BEST ambulance by design I have ever been in!
